FAQ & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

We deliver most of our items from within Australia, all Australian orders are shipped for free. Shipping times are typically 4-7 business days, and up to 3 days to process your order. Internationally, we provide stable and consistent shipping via air freight. Shipping time is between 9-18 business days, and varies depending on availability of stock. We will often have our manufacturers deliver directly from the factory, especially if your order is urgent. We are working to ensure timely delivery of your orders. We appreciate your understanding as there may delay in product delivery for international customers. You can check your order status on our tracking page on our website! Can I return an item?

We have a 90 day return policy for all products from the date of product purchase. If you are not happy with the product or you have changed your mind, please contact us via email at support@breatheoz.com Please note that we do ask you to bear the cost of returning the product, and if the product is not in the condition it was when you received it or if there are missing parts, then we may refuse your application for a refund. Please view our full refunds & cancellations policy.

Does the product I have bought come with a warranty?

Yes. At BreatheOz we provide a 12-month warranty period on all products. As a retailer, we don't have much control over quality assurance, but it is important to us that we only promote the best, as such we put our money where our mouth is. Manufacturer Warranties may also be applicable depending on your item. First, contact us by email to notify us of your product not working as desired. For full details on this, please see our returns policy. We will provide you with a return address and we will assess the product and then send out a replacement ASAP. We do ask that you bear the cost of returning the product to us. In the case that we do not find any clear problems with the product, your request for a refund may be denied.

NOTE: Sponsored items, prizes, and giveaways ordered without any additional purchase will have a fixed domestic (AUS) or international fee. This cost is non-refundable.
